This litterbox is very easy to use and so is the app. The set-up isn’t hard at all. It scoops the litter well, and it definitely doesnt look like an eye sore like other litter boxes. I haven’t noticed any odors other than when the cats kick the litter outside of the box. The lid is easy to remove, and adding litter isn’t complicated. I’ve only had it for a month or so, but I’ll say I much prefer emptying the drawer to scooping boxes out. We have three cats, so we do have to empty it more often (about every 3 days or so). However, that’s a lot better than scooping four litterboxes every day.

All three of my cats use this now but they were completely terrified of it for like the first week. I kept the old box next to it so they kinda knew what it was. When it ran they freaked out. Now they’re just curious. What I can say is don’t give up on it because they will eventually get used to it. With three cats we do clean the bin every day and put deodorizer in the bin collector after.but have saved tremendously on litter. Very convenient product.
